Это значит, что взломан не сайт, а сервер. Кстати на многих американских серверах у меня работают сайты с Джумлой версии ., которая уже давно не имеет поддержки и должна быть взломана. Но не ломают. Потому что взлом сайта, это не только проблема сайта, но и слабые места серверов.
